I have not been adding additional information for one reason and one reason only. The clowns that are claiming to run the city of Lake Havasu, hit my site on a regular basis. Just leaving the site as is draws unbelievable attention world wide. Richard Kaffenberger was FIRED. Woo hoo! That brash and wild EX city manager doesn't look so anxious to pull down his pants for the camera, now!!! Kaffenberger gets fired and all of the Lake Havasu City Government computers register hits to my website. Imagine that! It is 7:05 PM on 10/21/09, and I still have city government computers registering hits to my site.
Lake Havasu City Government: You should have settled this case with me as opposed to trying a cover up attempt. Now my fight moves to Washington. Kaffenberger won't be the only one of you finding a home in the unemployment line. Count on that.
Lake Havasu City Police Chief, Dan Doyle, City Manager, Richard Kaffenberger, City Attorney, Paul Lenkowsky, Police Capt., Joe Fiumara, Police Lt., Richie Sloma, City Magistrate, Clyde Andress and last but certainly not least, Fire Investigator Nathan Adler. This has turned into a game of "ARE YOU SMARTER THAN A FIFTH GRADER". The answer is HELL NO, not a single one of you are!
Your attempt to cover up your involvement, input and participation in unethical, immoral and illegal behavior proves my point. Each and everyone of you (Clyde Andress excluded in this particular case) knowingly, willingly and repeatedly violated my civil and constitutional rights. Each and everyone of you are as responsible for the ARSON of my home, as if you had started the fire yourself.
Together, you are the epitome of un-organized crime at it's finest. The two criminals responsible for the arson of the McCulloch house left behind overwhelming evidence proving their involvement. The Lake Havasu City Government followed suit. Lake Havasu City Government decided to play follow the leader with the criminals, and left behind as much evidence proving their involvement in these crimes, as did the criminals.
The only reason you have gotten away with your bullshit this far is because it's harder than hell to fight a city government in a tiny little backwoods town like (Mayberry) Lake Havasu. Ask John and Ginger Faubus. Remember the Faubus Arson case?
Let's just get down to brass tacks, shall we. Fighting a corrupt city government is expensive and time consuming. Since the Faubus Family needs a helping hand to expose your illegal acts, I have agreed to lend that helping hand. You idiots claim to be in the major leagues and showed up to this game with a girls tee-ball team. You fools apparently never established the ground rules. You can't be a player and a coach because someone like me may just steal home.
Each and every single one of you were involved in one way or another in the attempt to try and cover up the arson of my home. I can't think of a more effective way to fight your little small town CORRUPT AS HELL city government, than with a larger more powerful FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. I decided to have my case tried in the ultimate court of public opinion, the United States Federal Government.
I needed a safe haven to fight this battle. I'm not worried about the two that are responsible for the arson of my home retaliating, it's the Lake Havasu City Government I worry about, and with good reason.

For those that are new to my site and to the the thousands of you that have been following this story, I thank you all for your concern and continued support. I am trying to get this site organized and and new information posted as quickly as possible. I had hundreds of requests for the photo show to be placed back on my site, and I have decided to put it on here again.

After Ronald Massey and TJ Wilson torched the McCulloch house, they quickly turned their attention to my private home. I owned and operated a million plus dollar, ten acre horse ranch in Havasu Heights. The brothers began showing up on my property in the early morning hours. Ronnie was making calls to me threatening to burn my private home, and then finish up by ending my life.
The Mohave County Sheriff took reports of the threats, Lake Havasu Police stood their ground and continued to tell me that "Making Threats Is Not Illegal". My home was so far off road that you needed a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get back to us. As you will see in the video, my home was nestled up against a mountain and not another home was around for about 2 miles. After the McCulloch house arson and all of the evidence the criminals left behind, Fire Investigator, Nathan Adler came to the logical conclusion that I must have been the one to set the house on fire. Nathan Adler, if I were going to burn my own house, I would have chosen the one in the video, as opposed to the one that was under insured because it was a rental property. Watch the video.
Let me explain why I have taken the extreme measures I have to expose the Lake Havasu City Government, as opposed to simply filing suit against the city, collecting millions of dollars in damages, and going on my merry way. Because no one has ever been able to take on the Lake Havasu City Government because, you can't live in the vicinity and fight them too. The Lake Havasu cops will go out of their way to make your life a living hell. I should know!
If I took this case to court, it would be decided by a judge and/or jury, and then never be allowed to be discussed again. The city would make sure of that. This site has been in existence since 02/15/2009. That is just over 8 months that this information has been available for public viewing. Take a look at the proof that two weeks prior to Kaffenberger getting FIRED, the Lake havasu City Government was spending all of their free time on my website.
Then Kaffenberger is fired and his remaining contract is being bought out. Wow. What a deal. So if Dan Doyle, Joe Fiumara and Clyde Andress get the boot as well, do they get paid off for getting fired as well?
Lake Havasu City Government: As you are well aware, I am updating my site this weekend (10/24/09). I begin circulating the petition on Monday 10/26/09, forcing the White House to involve the FBI, Homeland Security, ATF and whatever other governmental agencies they deem necessary to involve. I will divulge my well thought out plan of attack to beat the Lake Havasu City Government at their own game. And then I will offer the Lake Havasu City Government an opportunity to save face and settle this matter once and for all, because I now have the satisfaction of knowing YOU WERE EXPOSED.
When this nightmare all began, we were living in the home that is in the video above. Once the boys committed the arson at the McCulloch house and got away with it, they convinced themselves they were invincible and untouchable.
They would show up on our property at all times of the night and early morning hours. Ronald Massey would call my cell phone and leave voicemail messages threatening to return and burn our private home, with us in it. The police were 45 mins. to an hour away at any given moment. The police did not patrol our neighborhood, since we were the entire neighborhood.
I had Desert Hills Fire Department come out and look at where the property was located and the uneven, unpaved, rock and dirt road you had to travel to get to the house, which included driving through a wash. They said they were not sure if they could get a pumper back to us in time, if at all. My property was supplied by two wells, one of which was down when we bought the property. There was no way 800 gallons of well water would put out a fire on that property.
The house had a built in sprinkler system, but again 800 gallons of water would only go so far. I knew that if Ronnie and TJ made good on their threat to burn this house as well, there was not a chance in hell that I could get all the people and animals to safety, and it was a chance I wasn't willing to take.
My full time job required I work from my home, and it also required other people to be in the house as well. We had leased out the horse stalls to individuals needing a place to board their horses and allowed them to ride their horses on our property and the hundreds of acres of BLM land surrounding our property.
We had a contract on the riding arena and several acres of our land to a group that was teaching classes on riding and caring for horses. I was in negotiations with the owner of the 99 acres immediately surrounding my property, to purchase the land from him and expand our business. Since no one in or around Lake Havasu had hay for sale, we were purchasing the land to build the barns to hold the hay, to sell to the horse owners in and around Havasu.
I went to Lake Havasu Police countless times to make reports of the never ending threats from Ronnie to return and burn our heights house. I was instructed by one officer in particular to get piggy back insurance policies on my Heights house, to make sure I was covered. Then in the next breath told me that making threats is not illegal, and we were not welcome in his town.
Because the boys made good on their original threat to burn the McCulloch house, I knew the inevitable was quickly approaching. I went outside one morning to get in my Hummer. There were 17 nails hammered into the two rear tires. All of the lug nuts had been removed from each and every tire. All of the bolts had been removed from the running boards. I had no choice but to back the Hummer up so I could get the truck out of the garage. When I cut the wheels to turn, I suddenly discovered all the missing nuts and bolts.
It got to the point that I had to cancel all contracts involving my land, horse stalls, riding arena and anything and everything associated with any business we owned and operated from that property. We evacuated all of the horses from the property, all of the dogs were relocated to a bording facility at the rate of $7,000.00 for each 6 week period of time. No one other than us was allowed on the property after dark, so we were not responsible for anyone's lives other than our own.
I rode around our property and patrolled the general area every single day with two guns next to me at all times. I would lay down around midnight and sleep with one eye open, awaiting the next attack. In the wee morning hours when the boys would sneak onto the property, they would make enough noise to wake the dead, and our nerves were just shot. This went on for over a year.
Because the Lake Havasu City Police, Fire and City Government made it a point to let us know that we were not welcome in their town and had absolutely no constitutional right to police protection, we fled for our lives.
